Hikvision iDS-7216HUHI-M2/XT 16-Channel AcuSense DVR
The Hikvision iDS-7216HUHI-M2/XT is a high-performance 16-channel AcuSense Turbo HD digital video recorder designed for advanced CCTV surveillance in residential, commercial and industrial environments.
Featuring Hikvision AcuSense technology, the recorder uses intelligent human and vehicle classification to help reduce unnecessary motion alerts and make security footage easier to search. It supports Motion Detection 2.0, intelligent perimeter protection and facial recognition functions, subject to operating mode and channel limitations.
The DVR supports HDTVI, AHD, CVI, CVBS and compatible IP cameras, offering flexibility for new CCTV installations and upgrades to existing coaxial surveillance systems. High-resolution recording is supported up to 8 MP, with frame rates depending on the selected recording resolution.
With H.265 Pro+ video compression, the recorder helps optimise storage efficiency. Two SATA hard-drive interfaces support up to 12 TB per drive, providing a maximum combined storage capacity of 24 TB.
The recorder also features AcuSearch for faster retrieval of relevant video events, together with Hik-Connect for remote live viewing and playback when correctly connected and configured.

Important Compatibility Information
The iDS-7216HUHI-M2/XT is a hybrid Turbo HD DVR, not a PoE NVR. Analogue cameras connect through BNC coaxial inputs, while compatible IP cameras connect through the network. Camera power must be provided separately.
Maximum IP camera capacity, AcuSearch, perimeter protection and facial recognition depend on the recorder's configuration and supported operating mode.
Recording frame rates vary according to resolution and video format. Compatible surveillance hard drives may be sold separately.
