Hikvision iDS-7208HUHI-M1/E 8-Channel AcuSense DVR
The Hikvision iDS-7208HUHI-M1/E is an 8-channel Turbo HD digital video recorder featuring Hikvision AcuSense technology and support for high-resolution CCTV cameras. It provides intelligent surveillance and flexible camera connectivity for residential and commercial security installations.
With Motion Detection 2.0, the recorder uses deep-learning technology to classify people and vehicles, helping reduce unwanted alerts caused by other moving objects. It also supports intelligent perimeter protection and facial detection, depending on the selected operating mode.
The DVR supports HDTVI, AHD, CVI, CVBS and compatible IP cameras. It accepts HDTVI video inputs up to 8 MP, making it suitable for upgrading existing coaxial CCTV systems to higher-resolution surveillance.
H.265 Pro+ compression helps reduce storage requirements, while Hik-Connect enables remote live viewing and playback when the recorder is correctly connected and configured.

Important Compatibility Information
The iDS-7208HUHI-M1/E is a hybrid Turbo HD DVR, not a PoE NVR. Analogue cameras connect through BNC coaxial inputs, while compatible IP cameras connect through the network. Camera power must be provided separately.
Recording frame rates depend on resolution and configuration. Motion Detection 2.0 and perimeter protection cannot operate simultaneously. Enhanced IP mode may affect intelligent detection features. A compatible surveillance hard drive may be sold separately.
